MedScreen is a medical screening website offering individuals a convenient and confidential online assessment of their current health status. The MedScreen App, which is free to all subscribed MedScreen users, is an Electronic Personal Health Record (EPHR).

The MedScreen App empowers the user to take ownership of their health information by facilitating:

• Access to their health records, including blood results, at all times anywhere in the world.

• Security and confidentiality around sensitive health information

• Tracking of their important health ‘numbers’ e.g. cholesterol, blood pressure, BMI

• Receiving of beneficial health information

• Storing and updating of their health information

• Sharing of their health data with other health professionals.
